The Challenge
Partners in this project are using an AI-informed software platform to give home healthcare agencies better planning and management tools to optimize and prepare the home care workforce to meet the growing demands of Canada’s aging population. By creating efficiencies in scheduling, time reporting, clinical documentation and patient monitoring, this innovative software will enable home care providers to deliver best-in-class services aimed at improving client outcomes in Canada.
