The Challenge

Alfred Technologies, a Quebec-based company, specializes in cutting-edge technological solutions tailored for beverage inventory and supply chain management within the restaurant, hospitality, and private collector sectors. The project aims to enhance the financial performance of restaurant wine inventories by effectively reducing instances of stockouts and minimizing waste. Efforts will be focused on supply management by generating orders to suppliers that meet the demands of the restaurant’s clientele, based on a demand prediction model. Additionally, focus will be placed on the design of the wine list, recommending wines that should be sold to prevent expiration.
