Scale AI launches a nationwide call for projects to support youth training in STEM fields.
Scale AI is proud to announce the launch of a new call for projects as part of its Youth Awareness Program in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). With a total budget of $600,000, this initiative aims to train the next generation of Canadian talent by supporting educational projects focused on artificial intelligence and data science.
In collaboration with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), Scale AI continues its commitment to developing STEM skills and expanding access to technology careers for young people. The objective of this new STEM call for projects is to identify and fund accessible initiatives that promote learning and professional integration for pre-university students across the country. By supporting concrete educational projects, Scale AI aims to actively contribute to the creation of a dynamic and inclusive technology ecosystem, reinforcing Canada’s position as a leader in artificial intelligence.
The program is open to educational organizations and partners actively engaged in training youth in STEM fields. Organizations are invited to propose structured education projects designed for more than 1,000 participants per program, targeting pre-university students and delivering measurable impact on skills development and professional integration.
Each project selected through this process may receive support covering up to 100% of its costs, for a total of up to $150,000 per initiative.
Interested organizations have until April 15, 2025, to submit their project.
